Shipping Destinations
Our primary market is the United States. We also offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions. If your location cannot be selected at checkout, please contact our customer support for assistance.
Order Processing Time
- In-stock items: Processed and dispatched within 1?3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Pre-order items: Since our pre-order items are individually hand-painted by artists in Tibet, each piece requires meticulous craftsmanship. Please allow approximately 1 month, or 4 weeks, for creation and preparation before your order is dispatched. We sincerely appreciate your patience for this unique standard of artistry.
- Mixed orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready, unless requested otherwise.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our warehouse in Beijing, China.
Duties, Taxes & Customs: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by local customs clearance procedures.
Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-returnable items include custom or personalized items, final sale items, and goods damaged due to customer misuse.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Refund Method & Processing Time
Once your returned package is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5?7 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Lost Packages
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Lost Packages
If your tracking status shows delivered but you have not received it, or if shipping updates stop for an unusually long time, please contact us immediately so we can assist in investigating with the carrier.

Thangkas are vulnerable to water. Please remove your pendant before bathing, showering, or swimming.

You may wear it while napping or sleeping, or store it safely in its original box or pouch. Avoid placing it under your pillow.

To clean, gently wipe the outer case with a clean, soft, dry cloth or a microfiber lens cloth.
